As per western mythalogy, world has populated from Adam and Eve……… they were the first who walked away in this lonely living planet…….& as per Hindu mythalogy, it was lord ‘Brahma’ who has created this world and every aspect of it…. he was the originator of human being…… Lord ‘Brahma’ probably had created men and women in euqal proportion….. & back in India, in Indian society, where the mens are the driving and dominat factor in family, were responsible to take every decision in family…… Indian societies are still haunted by castism, communal segregession, gender discrimination & this is one of the factor, why India is not yet developed ……. Indian castism created many social rules for every category …… the severity of castism, was high but now days its getting bit milder in major cities….. In India, society is mainy categorised under Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras……. each category is meant to perform certain social activities…… this social and gender descrimination made huge impact in overall social health and ultimately to social growth….. many emerging talents in lower castes, were suppressed to do their defined task only…. they were not allowed to do anything apart from their assigned duties…… and these kind of social caps, halt the nations growth ….. we are still developing country….still many villages in India are below poverty lines….. India is shining only in major cities but, rest part of india is still struggling for basic needs……
Womens in India, were always victim of typical conservative social mindset….. they were neither motivated nor supported by indian societies to grab good education to become independent….. many indian traditional concepts were forcing to tag them in certain social frames…. in one sense, they were much more exploited by social norms….still in few parts of India, womens are not encouraged to go for studies….. they are still meant to take care of their families only…. their inherent talent stands nowhere as those things will always get suprressed by the socities around them….. but now, due to globalisation, things are changing….. womens in india are getting directly and indirectly benefited by those social revolution, reforms…… men dominated societies are now acknowldeging women’s talents and now they are respecting their skills too…… as a result we can see, many indian women who have made thier footprints on global front like Sania Mirza, Indira Nuyee, Late Kalpana chawala, Sunita william, Aishwarya Rai……Womens are now getting promoted to follow their basic interest……this revolution is spreading from urban cities to small towns and villages…. India has just completed 6 decades since independence….though the growth rate of our nation is uncomparable with the countries like Germany, Japan, Singapore but now, we are civilised, we are now global so lot’s of pages are yet to be turned over ….Indians are standing tall in global arena and world will be more surprised with thier non-linear growth in future & no doubt womens will play a very significant role in it……… Dr. Abdul Kalam has visualised India in 2020… so hopefully we’ll do better than what they have anticipated…….. so again it’s our India, our pride……
